One: Think Together / legal

Terms & community rules

One is a place to answer a question, read what others share, and have a conversation in a Circle. These are the rules for taking part.

Effective October 26, 2026

About these terms

One: Think Together is provided by One Think, Inc. These terms apply to the One app, its Circles and connected sharing pages. Other One Think products have their own terms. Using One means agreeing to these terms. Your mandatory consumer and privacy rights remain unchanged.

Who can use One

You must be at least 13 to use One, meet any higher minimum age required where you live, and be allowed to use the Apple or Google account you sign in with. If local law requires a parent or guardian’s permission, obtain it before using One. One is not intended for children under 13.

Keep your sign-in account secure. Do not impersonate someone, use another person’s account or misrepresent your age. If you believe a child under 13 is using One, contact privacy@onethink.io.

Your choices

You choose which Circles to join and what to post. Reading a joined Circle does not require an answer. Keep private invitation links for their intended recipients. Circle hosts can manage membership and invitations; joining does not give you permission to copy another member’s writing elsewhere.

One’s hosted Circles contain questions published by One. Other members’ contributions belong to the people who wrote them. Daily questions may be prepared with AI and can be imperfect; they are conversation prompts, not professional advice.

Community rules

Respect other people’s boundaries and privacy. Do not post or use One for:

  • threats, bullying, harassment, stalking or attacks on people based on protected characteristics;
  • sexual exploitation, grooming, sexual content involving minors, or sexually explicit material;
  • sharing someone’s private contact details, location, intimate information or writing without permission;
  • encouraging violence, self-harm, dangerous conduct or illegal activity;
  • scams, impersonation, spam, manipulated engagement or material you have no right to share;
  • bypassing access controls, scraping private conversations or interfering with One’s service.

Do not pressure anyone to reply, disclose personal information or move a conversation elsewhere. These rules apply to Circle names, descriptions, answers, replies and display names.

Your writing and privacy

You keep ownership of your writing. By posting, you give One permission to store, display and process it as needed to provide the Circle conversation and its safety features. This does not transfer ownership or give other members permission to republish it. Optional use of shared writing as AI question context has a separate control; agreeing to these terms does not turn it on.

You can delete your own answers and replies, including through your writing library after leaving a Circle. A removed answer may leave a placeholder so other people’s replies remain. One cannot remove copies someone already made outside the app. See the One privacy policy for account data, drafts, retention and deletion.

Reports and decisions

In a conversation, touch and hold the author’s name to report writing or block an account. Reporting and blocking are separate choices. Circle hosts can also manage membership. For a safety concern you cannot report in the app, contact support@onethink.io; do not email passwords or sign-in codes.

One reviews reports and may remove content or restrict Circle participation to enforce these rules or meet legal obligations. If you think a decision was mistaken, contact support with enough information to identify it, without forwarding unnecessary private writing. Reports are not an emergency service and are not monitored continuously.

Leaving and changes

You can leave a Circle through its options menu or request account deletion in You → Settings → Account → Account deletion. Hosts may need to transfer or close their Circles first. Account deletion follows the process described in the privacy policy and preserves other people’s writing.

Features may change or be unavailable because of maintenance, connectivity or service failures. One is not an emergency or safety-critical service. We will update this page when these terms change and give additional notice where required.
