Support

Help with your account, Circles, Ask One chats and saved writing.

Contact us

For help with your account, a Circle or a safety concern, email support@onethink.io.

Tell us what happened and which version of One you use. Please don’t send passwords, sign-in codes or another person’s private writing.

Get One for iPhone

One is available on the App Store for iPhone with iOS 26 or later. Download One, then sign in with Apple or Google. If someone sent you a Circle or invitation link, open it again after installing.

Sign-in and invitations

Use the same Apple or Google account each time. An invitation works only for the account or verified email the host selected. If you use Apple’s Hide My Email, give the host the address shown in your One settings. Creating an invitation does not automatically send email.

Drafts and missing connections

Unsent answers and replies stay on the device where you wrote them. Look under You → Recent → Drafts. If a send fails, keep the draft and retry when connected. If the app says a send succeeded but a saved copy remains, open the posted answer instead of sending a second copy.

Ask One chats

Open Ask One’s chat list to return to an earlier conversation, start another, rename a chat or delete it. Sent chats are private to your One account and remain when you close the app. Unsent drafts stay on the device where you typed them. Use the same account to find your saved history.

One asks permission before sending chat messages to Anthropic (Claude). You can turn off future AI messages or delete all Ask One history in Settings. Turning off permission keeps your saved chats; deleting history removes it. Ask One can suggest existing public Circles, but you choose whether to join. If there is no suitable Circle, try a different request or create your own.

Notifications

Manage Circle notifications in You → Settings → Notifications. Check One’s notification permission in iOS Settings if alerts are unavailable. Daily reminders are separate local notifications.

Safety and community rules

Do not post threats, harassment, hateful abuse, sexual exploitation, spam or someone else’s private information. Basic publishing checks block some obvious abuse; they cannot catch everything.

Long-press the author’s name on an answer or reply to report it or block the account. Reporting sends the selected writing and your reason for review. For a concern you cannot report in the app, contact us by email. Circle hosts can also remove members. One is not an emergency service.

Delete your account

Open You → Settings → Account → Account deletion. Review any Circles you host and confirm sign-in. Deletion removes your One account, private Ask One history and shared information; it does not delete your Apple or Google account. Processing may take time, and One shows a status receipt. Local drafts and older private writing are separate and can be removed on the device.
