One: Think Together / link privacy

Links, sharing and activity

How One handles invitations, shared questions and activity measurements.

Effective October 23, 2026

These pages are part of One: Think Together, provided by One Think, Inc. The One privacy notice also applies.

Invitation privacy

Private invitation codes stay in the part of the link after #. This page does not send the code to our web server. Only One’s authenticated invitation flow checks the recipient and reveals the Circle. Treat the full link as private.

Browser interactions

We count taps on Open One, Copy link and Save question card. We send the type of link, the action and a random identifier created for this page visit. We use it to avoid counting the same action twice. It expires after two days; daily totals expire after 90 days. Automatic storage cleanup can happen later. These totals do not identify people or prove that anyone joined. Opening a page or viewing a link preview does not record a product analytics event.

There are no analytics cookies, advertising identifiers or third-party analytics scripts here. GitHub Pages, Firebase Hosting and Google Cloud process network information, including IP addresses and requests, to deliver and protect the service. A short-lived in-memory request limiter does not retain raw IP addresses in our product analytics.

Activity in One

We keep account-linked dates for opening a public question or reviewing an invitation, preparing a question share, first joining and contributing to a Circle, receiving a reply from another person, and active days. This helps us understand whether invitations lead to conversations and whether people return. These records contain no writing, email address, invitation code or advertising identifier. They remain until you delete your account. One’s automated posts do not count as human replies.

Sharing is your choice. Public question cards contain an editorial question and the Circle’s public name; they do not include members’ writing. Other people and sharing services may keep copies of cards you share.

Contact and deletion

Delete your account from One’s settings to remove account-linked activity records. For privacy questions, contact privacy@onethink.io.
